A word that can mean the start of something or ironically, the end of something as well. When you first set up WordPress, the first post is titled Hello World. Quite friendly don’t you think… but also seeing as this is the point of a blog – also apt.

So Hello World indeed, and welcome to Scruffywords – a tiny corner of the internet for me to scribble down thoughts, words and musings in whatever order they come. As for what form it’ll take, your guess is as good as mine, but isn’t that the whole point?

When mentioning that I wanted to begin a blog, many people kept asking me what it would be about, and seemed perplexed at my response that it was going to be about anything i wanted it to be. So rather than constrain myself to speak on a certain subject, I will literally talk about anything and everything, whether this comes in the guise of a blog post, poetry, videos, pictures or songs (although I won’t be singing)!

So welcome again to Scruffywords, my space on the internet. I can’t promise anything more than a chance to see the world as I do…. Enjoy!
